Villa Nueva
A neighbourhood, a borrowed apartment and an empty shop down the block. A sandbox adult visual novel made in Buenos Aires.
What it's about
You arrive in a neighbourhood where you know nobody, with nothing but what you're carrying and an apartment that isn't yours. From there the game doesn't hold your hand: there's a map, there are schedules, there are people with their own routines, and you have to work it out.
You can work at the corner shop and put up with the owner's son. You can rent the empty place down the block and turn it into something of your own — paying the deposit, the rent and the bills, with the real risk of losing it if you fall behind. And there are the neighbours, who aren't icons with an affection bar: they're people who open the door to you or shut it, depending on how you treat them.
Not a translation. Villa Nueva was written in Rioplatense Spanish first — the characters swear, flirt and talk like people actually do in Buenos Aires. The full English version is included.

First Android build, with the interface rebuilt for thumbs. If something breaks, there's a "Report a problem" button inside the game that reaches me directly.

The whole game in English
The translation finished end to end, menus included, plus a language screen on first launch. The button used to be buried and people couldn't find it — that one was on me, and it's fixed.

Your own shop
Rent an empty unit and turn it into a massage parlour. Buy the table, cover the rent, bring in clients. Miss the payments and you lose it.
Choices that cost
Doors open with trust, not with a button. What you do the first time changes everything that follows.

Camila moves in
She stops being the neighbour next door and moves in with you. Living together changes your expenses, changes the flat and changes the routine — and it brings the first real fight, because if nothing can go wrong there's no story.

The nightclub
A new location, on weekends. It's there for more than dancing: turn up badly dressed and you don't get in, so the clothes you buy finally matter. And you meet someone there you'll run into again at the university.
Patreon supporters get it a week before everyone else, and vote on what goes into the next ones.

- The shop. Rent the empty unit down the block and get it running: deposit, rent, massage table, heater, oil and clients.
- Yanina, the hairdresser next door. Your first client, and the one who fills the place up if you treat her right.
- The massage session. No longer a menu of options: what you're playing is the conversation, and she either relaxes or gets up and leaves without paying.
- Sex shop and clothing store. What you buy gets given as a gift, and a gift is judged by when you give it, not by what it cost.
- Camila, all the way. Her story continues, including what happens if you stay the night.
- Android build. For the first time, with an interface built for thumbs.
- "Report a problem" button inside the game, reaching me directly.
- The full system menu is back: save, load, preferences and dialogue history.
Version 0.3 — "El Masiquiosco" · July 2026
- Maxi, the shop owner's son. The neighbourhood stops being friendly: you can stand your ground or keep your head down, and both carry permanent consequences. On the worst branch you lose the job.
- Camila's first date, which changes depending on how much money you're carrying when the bill arrives.
- Bosques de Palermo, with its own backgrounds, at night too.
- Favours for the Uncle, who is a good deal more than he appears.
- Language selection screen on first launch, and an "I already played v0.2" button.
- Redesigned diary, and the game moves to 1280x720 — the biggest visual jump since the start.
